Responsibilities: • Connect with clients from multiple lead sources • Convert buyers and sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our VIP presentation • Submit offers weighted in your client's favor • Negotiate offers; best price and terms, home inspections, and due diligence. Using our proven best practices • Attend closings with clients • Attend weekly in-person team meetings and training • Repeat the process for success; celebrate the wins with your team! • Have fun! Qualifications: • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Has a real estate license • A Real Estate License is requiredPersonal accountabilityBe a team player - WE are bigger than ME • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth - understand failure is an opportunity to learn! • A proven record of sales experience and success in achieving your goals • Strong time management skills and highly organized • Willingness to Learn new tools, systems, and technology • Self-motivation to tackle consistent actions Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly DOE
