Responsibilities: • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings Market Domination: • Execute a proven business model to consistently outperform competitors and capture market share. Set and meet aggressive revenue and profit goals, building a team that generates over $1 million in GCI.
