Responsibilities: • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
