Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Possesses a real estate license • Has two plus years listing homes Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 plus Based on Experience
