Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Commission opportunity • Real estate license required • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
