Responsibilities: • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience • Good communication Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
