Responsibilities: • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Follow the expansion team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close Sales Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Commission opportunity • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Must live in the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan
