Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Compensation: $150,000
