We are looking for a Listing Broker & Showing Agent to partner closely with our Dispositions Manager to handle the sale of our properties. In this role, you will prepare listing materials, list properties when materials are approved, and to enable showings to run as smoothly as possible to attract the best buyers possible and ensure our properties make the best impression on the market as possible. The listing Broker & Showing Agent will provide support for multiple teams, covering a large territory and range of property types! Responsibilities: • Assist the Disposition Manager in the coordination and management of property showings • Assist with managing all buyer communication traffic from buyers and agents via phone, text and email • Coordinating with buyers and agents on showings and answer questions for buyers • Participate in property showings on-site as needed • Draft MLS listings to market properties ready for sale to draw in the best buyers • Post MLS listings after approval by the Acquisition Manager and Disposition Manager • Record buyer information and offers as per company policies • Assist in price drops, or other edits to posted listings for ready to sell properties • Other duties and projects as assigned by the VP or Disposition Manager Qualifications: • Illinois broker license REQUIRED • Expereince posting listings on the MLS REQUIRED • Experience with property leasing highly preferred • Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM systems • familiarity with working across multiple devices • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Time management and prioritization skills • Communication skills via text, email, and voice • Self-directed and motivated Compensation: $20 hr base + $50 per listing commission
