This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from and work with one of the top Brokers in all of Texas! You will be a right-hand person for the Managing Broker for a Top 1% team specializing in land, luxury/waterfront, and development properties. The Listing Coordinator plays a critical role in the function and performance of DMTX Realty Group and TexasLand, which are a part of the Keller Williams family. The Listing Coordinator will be in charge of all things related to property listings for the Company Owner/Managing Broker. This person will report to and work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure that proper support and attention are given to property listings and that listing clients are receiving 5-star service. Responsibilities: Job Duties to Include: Process documentation for listings, including: • Creating digital files • Updating internal data trackers • Sending required documentation to clients for completion • Collecting and recording all pertinent information • Uploading documents to the Broker’s compliance department and monitoring for approval • Confirm timelines with the Managing Broker, and ensure that everything stays on schedule • Scheduling photography/videos (and staging as needed) • Coordinating keys and sign and lockbox delivery • Scheduling team visits to properties Prepare marketing materials to include: • Photo selection/order for marketing materials • Create and order brochures and flyers (both print and digital) • Create and order postcards • Coordinate delivery of signs/flyers to properties • Email campaigns • Coordinate with Marketing Director who will complete social media marketing • Schedule properties for broker/property tours • Enter listings in various MLS systems and on various websites for marketing • Coordinate showings and follow up on showings for feedback, relay feedback to clients • Provide regular, detailed marketing reports to clients to keep them informed • Coordinate with the Managing Broker for marketing to prospective clients • Assist with maintaining the Managing Broker’s database • Assist CEO with team event planning and preparation as directed • Assist with office upkeep (cleaning, organizing) • Answering marketing line and coordinating showings • Requesting feedback from showings and presenting to Sellers • Compiling Seller feedback of all marketing efforts and outreach and providing to Seller in a concise and effective manner • Assist marketing director and Broker in researching and implementing new marketing strategies Qualifications: • Positive, “can do” attitude and be proactive in communications and follow-up. • Strong attention to detail • Some available evenings and weekends to take calls for showings and to schedule with Sellers • Strong organizational skills • Strong project management skills • Professional presentation and demeanor when interacting with clients. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills This position requires most days in our downtown office with some opportunity for occasional work-from-home hours after a 90-day trial period with proven results. Office hours are flexible but availability during typical business hours on most days is essential. Bonus compensation is offered after 90 day trial period. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
