We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, schedule property inspections, and open houses, and track sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. Responsibilities: • Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied • Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement • Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell • Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database • Oversee all aspects of sellers' transactions from initial contact to the executed purchase agreement • Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers' disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings, etc. • Consult & coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements, & marketing activities • Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures, and other necessary documentation • Coordinate showings & obtain feedback • Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities • Coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses • Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker via Paperless Pipeline file compliance • Input all necessary information into the client database and transaction management systems Qualifications: • Thrives on providing excellent customer service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • College experience preferred but not required to apply • Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued • Licensed in real estate or is pursuing a license Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly
