What We Offer: • Health Insurance (EmpowerHome covers 50% of employee premium) • Dental & Vision Insurance (optional – employee paid) • 401(k) with Company Match (after 6 months) • Life Insurance (Employer-paid) • Short-Term Disability (Employer paid) • Long-Term Disability (optional – employee paid) • Paid Vacation & PTO (accrued: 2 weeks vacation + 3 days PTO ) • Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (40 hours/week, results-based flexibility) • Location: In Person- Chantilly, VA Headquarters Compensation-$50,000 - $70,000 + plus all the benefits we offer Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (Your Impact):Own the Listing Process – You are the primary contact for home Sellers, ensuring they are guided through each phase of the listing journey with clarity and confidence. • Keep Sellers Moving Forward – Proactively communicate with Sellers, answer questions, and eliminate roadblocks to ensure they never feel lost in the process. • Ensure Listing Success – Verify all listing information is entered correctly in the MLS, marketing materials are executed properly, and the home is positioned for maximum exposure. • Drive Results – Work alongside listing agents to ensure listings go live on time, showing activity is maximized, and offers are received efficiently. • Coordinate Listing Logistics – Order and track sign and lockbox installations, ensure professional photos and marketing materials are completed, and oversee all listing-related tasks to completion. • Maintain CRM & Follow-Ups – Keep meticulous records in our CRM, ensuring all seller interactions, next steps, and key dates are documented and acted upon promptly. • Deliver 5-Star Service – Provide an exceptional, white-glove experience to every Seller, ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout the listing process. • What You Bring (Your Superpowers)Results-Oriented – You thrive on achieving goals and keeping transactions moving forward. • Exceptional Communicator – You are clear, professional, and proactive in guiding clients and team members. • Highly Organized & Deadline-Driven – You don’t miss a step, ensuring every listing moves forward smoothly and efficiently. • Proactive Problem-Solver – You anticipate roadblocks before they happen and take action to resolve issues quickly. • Customer-Focused – You provide Sellers with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind throughout the process. Qualifications: MLS listing experience preferredReal estate experience required (prior listing management experience is a plus) • Strong understanding of the home selling process and real estate transactions • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Experience using CRM systems and managing client databases • Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure Success in this Role Means • Consistently reducing average days on the market for our listings • Maximizing sale prices relative to list prices • Maintaining high seller satisfaction through proactive communication • Building strong collaborative relationships with our agent team • Contributing to the company's growth through efficient listing management Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
