The team closed 48 transactions in 2024 with 80+ 5* customer ratings across platforms. With the help of this individual, the agents are hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and delegating important administrative tasks to an expert. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team. Compensation: • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits Available • Bonuses - Considered after a 90-day period • Rapid growth potential Responsibilities: • Supporting the real estate team in all business operations related to listings and transactions • Managing and maintaining listing databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Coordinating and scheduling photography, staging, signage, and showings for listings • Handling client communications , providing updates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience • Managing listing marketing efforts , including social media promotions, MLS updates, and property flyers • Assisting with contract-to-close tasks , ensuring all paperwork and deadlines are met • Tracking expenses and budgets in collaboration with bookkeeping professionals • Overseeing office operations related to listings, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency • Screening calls and handling inquiries related to listings, offers, and transactions • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs to support the team’s sales efforts Qualifications: • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and transactions simultaneously • Meticulous attention to detail , ensuring accuracy in contracts, listings, and marketing materials • Tech-savvy , with proficiency in CRM systems, MLS platforms, social media, and other real estate tools • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively , handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines • Self-motivated and proactive , able to work independently while supporting a dynamic team • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with clients, vendors, and team members professionally • Problem-solving mindset , capable of addressing challenges efficiently and proactively • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client and transaction details • Strong customer service orientation , ensuring clients and agents receive top-tier support • College degree preferred ; social media marketing experience is a plus • Willingness to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (cost covered by the agent) • Comfortable working with strong personalities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment • Detail-oriented with a passion for checklists and organization"Can-do" and "will-do" attitude —ready to take initiative and do whatever it takes to support the agents and listings Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
