  • Responsibilities

    The Kepple Group is looking for a full-time employee for their Listing and Marketing Manager position. Our ideal candidate will be able to successfully market our brand and individual listings, constantly analyze which marketing strategies are most effective, and maintain good client relations by assisting with the needs of both clients and their agents. They must possess creativity, a background and/or a strong interest in marketing, excellent time management, and good communication skills. Responsibilities: Daily tasks include: • Entering data for listings • Taking notes, and measurements of new listings • Taking photos depending on price point of home • Creating flyers/brochures and other marketing materials for both individual listings and Kepple Group promotional pieces • Manage marketing material orders • Managing Kepple Group social media pages • Maintaining the Kepple Group website • Maintain database • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts and respond to messages • Collecting showing feedback and generating online performance stats for clients • Scheduling open houses for listings • Prepare materials for listing agents • Create and maintain an operation manual that documents all systems and standards • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, lead generations, database management, information management, and back-office support • Implement and improve all systems for the Listing Process • Implement and improve all systems for the Marketing of the listings • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries • Generating reports for agents and clients • Obtain client reviews • Assist with planning client events • Creating team meeting agendas • Order signs as needed • Make sure all materials are accurate and relevant in accordance with company compliance policies • Maintain client contact database Qualifications: • Familiarity with WordPress, Facebook, and Instagram • 1-3 years of service and management experience • Photography experience is preferred, but not required • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office programs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Great communication skills • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • High School graduate • Method of transportation • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Full-time availability Compensation: $40,000+ yearly
