Responsibilities: **What You’ll Do:** Listing Management: • Oversee the listing process from start to finish, ensuring every task is executed flawlessly and on time. • Act as the go-to point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members, keeping everything on track and everyone informed. • Follow and improve established workflows, creating detailed timelines to keep the process seamless. • Work closely with the Listing Agent, Listing Coordinator, Field Coordinator, and Assistant to seamlessly bring listings to market, ensuring every detail is managed efficiently and collaboratively. Client & Vendor Communication: • Deliver clear, proactive updates to clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident throughout the listing process. • Coordinate with stagers, photographers, inspectors, and contractors to ensure every property is market-ready and showcased at its best. Quality Control & Continuous Improvement: • Review and approve all marketing materials, MLS listings, and property descriptions for accuracy, impact, and excellence. • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and elevate client satisfaction. Compliance & Attention to Detail: • Maintain meticulous records of all listing activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. • Spot and resolve potential issues before they disrupt timelines, offering creative solutions and recommendations to leadership. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Prior experience in real estate operations , project management, or a similar role. • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities. • Excellent interpersonal communication—both written and verbal. • Familiarity with real estate technology (MLS platforms, CRM systems, transaction software) is a plus. • A real estate license or experience working in luxury or high-volume real estate, a plus! Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 yearly
