We’re looking for a full-time Listing Success Coordinator to support our lead agent in one of the top 20 brokerages in San Antonio. This is not your typical real estate agent role—this is a crucial client success and project management position designed to ensure our sellers have an exceptional experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of seller transactions, from listing to contract • Prepare and manage listing information, including obtaining signatures for listing agreements • Coordinate the make-ready process, including scheduling cleanings, photos, and repairs • Manage MLS listings, ensuring accuracy and visibility • Coordinate showings, track sales activity, and maintain detailed records in the database • Provide exceptional client care throughout the listing process, acting as a liaison between sellers and the lead agent What We’re Looking For: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • A goal-driven, results-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • A self-starter who thrives in a commission-based environment Why Join Us? Responsibilities: • Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties • Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals • Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents • Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold • Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell Qualifications: • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person • Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel • Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one • High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client Compensation: $65,000-$105,000
