    Litigation Administrative Assistant - 3+ years of experience Are you an experienced, personable litigation administrative assistant who is looking to work in a fun, fast paced law firm with a positive environment? If this sounds like you, you could be a great fit to be a Litigation Administrative Assistant working with our litigation team. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary depending on experience, plus paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and profit sharing. Responsibilities: • New client intake and client management for the litigation group. • Maintain attorney and paralegal calendars for the litigation group.Maintain firm litigation calendar. • Make travel arrangements for attorneys. • Primary administrative support for litigation attorneys and paralegal. • File management, binder management, organize litigation documents accordingly. • Work with litigation vendors as needed. • Schedule hearing dates with courts. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented, well organized, be extremely strong in following-up on pending items and keeping track of deadlines.We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing, professional, punctual and can multi-task and prioritize under pressure. Candidates must be proficient with MS Office. Qualifications: • High School Education or equivalent.3+ years of experience assisting litigation teams. • Excellent proofreading skills. • Strong knowledge of e-filing in local courts. Compensation: $35 - $45 hourly
