Responsibilities: • Represent clients in New Jersey Court proceedings in Superior Court Law Division and Special Civil Part, as well as practice law in Pennsylvania in Court of Commons Pleas, Orphan's Court, and occasionally Magistrate Court. • Prepare various legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and appeals. • Advise clients on legal matters including but not limited to business, corporate, condominium law, and real estate transactions. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and court rules in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. • Conduct thorough research to strengthen cases and provide sound legal advice. • Manage and supervise the daily operations of a law practice handling assigned cases. • Collaborate with an assigned paralegal in a pod setting for efficient workflow. Qualifications: • The Litigation Associate Attorney position in Cinnaminson, NJ requires a valid license to practice law is preferred in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. New Jersey bar license is required. • A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in the legal field is mandatory for this role. • While expertise in Estate Planning, Probate, and Homeowner Association law is advantageous, it is not a requirement. • Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities are indispensable. • Building and nurturing robust client relationships is a primary expectation since an attorney has direct contact with the clients. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential qualifications to assist with the responsibilities of the role of a litigation attorney for the firm. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required. • A proactive and diligent attitude is highly desired. • Familiarity with Amicus Attorney Case Management Software is beneficial. • Demonstrating a positive and confident demeanor during client interactions, whether in court or over the phone, is anticipated. • Providing sincere support to clients during challenging times is imperative. • Outstanding communication and listening skills are a must. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch results are essential.
