Qualifications: • The Litigation Associate Attorney position in Cinnaminson, NJ requires a valid license to practice law is preferred in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. New Jersey bar license is required. • A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in the legal field is mandatory for this role. • While expertise in Estate Planning, Probate, and Homeowner Association law is advantageous, it is not a requirement. • Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities are indispensable. • Building and nurturing robust client relationships is a primary expectation since an attorney has direct contact with the clients. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential qualifications to assist with the responsibilities of the role of a litigation attorney for the firm. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required. • A proactive and diligent attitude is highly desired. • Familiarity with Amicus Attorney Case Management Software is beneficial. • Demonstrating a positive and confident demeanor during client interactions, whether in court or over the phone, is anticipated. • Providing sincere support to clients during challenging times is imperative. • Outstanding communication and listening skills are a must. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch results are essential.
