    Menn Law Firm, Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join our distinguished Litigation Team. This full-time, on-site position will operate out of our Appleton office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in general litigation, demonstrating strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Candidates with a proven track record of favorable dispute resolution and litigation outcomes are strongly preferred. We are seeking someone who is committed to providing exceptional client representation and effectively managing diverse litigation matters. Compensation- $90,000 base salary, plus eligibility for our Deferred Compensation Plan, which provides additional compensation opportunities based on tenure and performance. Responsibilities: • Represent clients effectively in diverse litigation matters, including civil and commercial disputes. • Draft accurate and persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and related legal documents. • Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations. • Advocate proactively and strategically in court appearances, mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations. • Perform thorough legal research and formulate case strategies customized to client objectives. • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal staff. • Delegate appropriate tasks to administrative staff and paralegals to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. • Effectively manage and prioritize a diverse caseload while ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and in good standing with the State Bar. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in general litigation. • Proven litigation and negotiation skills. • Superb decision-making, problem-solving, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills are vital. • Able to handle a heavy caseload with little supervision. • Ability to independently handle cases while collaborating effectively within a team environment. • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Commitment to professional excellence and client service.
