We are seeking a skilled and driven Litigation Attorney to join our team and play a key role in advocating for clients in workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases. This role is ideal for an attorney passionate about employment law, dedicated to fighting for justice, and eager to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of litigation, from case initiation to trial and appeals. • Conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses. • Engage in discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. • Develop and execute case strategies tailored to client objectives. • Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations. • Collaborate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel to build strong cases. • Stay updated on employment law trends and regulations to provide top-tier representation. • Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent client communication and service. Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in Indiana. • 3+ years of litigation experience , preferably in employment law. • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. • Experience taking and defending depositions. • Proficiency in drafting legal documents, motions, and briefs. • Courtroom experience, including motion practice and oral arguments. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Passion for advocating for employees' rights and addressing workplace injustices. Compensation: $95,000
