This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in plaintiff litigation, particularly in personal injury, habitability cases, or landlord/tenant disputes. Responsibilities: • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action • Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis Qualifications: • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must • Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000 yearly
