Our office is growing and looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join the firm’s business litigation department. We are looking for a self-starter, who is motivated and capable of independently managing a caseload to include pretrial practice, drafting pre-suit correspondence, drafting discovery requests and responses, drafting procedural and substantive motions/pleadings. We are looking for someone with a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of litigation experience, including substantive pretrial practice, drafting discovery requests and responses, and drafting of both evidentiary and non-evidentiary motions/pleadings.

We are offering a salary in the $100 – 150,000.00 range depending on qualifications and experience. This compensation package includes a lucrative bonus plan, matching 401K, major medical health plan with United Health Care, and a generous paid time off/vacation package.
