WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Litigation Attorney, you will: • Work on complex real estate litigation cases, gaining exposure to all stages of the litigation process, including trial preparation. • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs, with mentorship from seasoned attorneys to refine your skills. • Collaborate on innovative case strategies to address intricate legal challenges. • Take on increasing levels of responsibility, with opportunities to gain courtroom experience as you advance. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED If you’re a recent graduate, we’ll provide the training and mentorship needed to help you build a solid foundation in litigation. While prior exposure to litigation through internships or coursework is a plus, it’s not required. BILLABLE REQUIREMENT Negotiable WHAT WE OFFER • Compensation: Competitive base salary $110,000 to $155,000 depending on experience. • Mentorship and Training: Comprehensive training programs, CLE opportunities, and one-on-one mentoring from senior attorneys. • Flexible Work Environment: Fully remote setup with state-of-the-art tools to support collaboration and productivity. Qualifications: • A strong understanding of legal research platforms, including Westlaw and LexisNexis, is required. • California lawyers are preferred, but we welcome out-of-state lawyers. Because we devote so much time in mentoring and training, we are looking for somebody that is at least open to the idea of getting licensed in California so they can interact with clients, take depositions, and do trials. Even then, they can still live and work remotely. Compensation: 110,000 - 155,000 yearly
