    Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, LLC, a long-standing law firm practicing community association law, has an opening for an experienced Litigation Attorney for our downtown Denver office. Cases will include plaintiff and defense litigation involving breach of contract, covenant enforcement, construction, and other association and/or real estate matters, including appeals. Qualifications: • One to five ys of demonstrated litigation experience, preferably in residential or commercial real estate, construction, or community association law • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Outstanding work ethic with a commitment to producing quality work • This position is based in our downtown Denver office Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 yearly

    • This position will include drafting, briefs, discovery, depositions, and trials.
