Your Role and Impact:

Guide clients clearly by explaining their rights and options in understandable terms, aiding them in informed decision-making.

Design and implement tailored strategies to meet clients’ objectives.

Champion clients’ needs to achieve their goals, minimize delays, and provide an exceptional client experience.

Key Skills and Qualities Required:

Exceptional client service skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Proven litigation experience, ideally within personal injury law.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.

Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and a commitment to the client experience.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (Inclusive of Base Working and Bonus Percentages)
