Our law firm is well known for our representation of individuals who have suffered injuries or loss from: exposure to environmental toxins, burn injuries, auto accidents, defective products and wrongful death. We have obtained some of the largest settlements and verdicts for the types of cases that we handle in Southern California.

Job Summary:

We are well-recognized in Southern California as leaders in our practice areas, and we are looking for additional litigation attorneys to join our team. We take cases to trial, but trial experience is not required. The desire to try cases is also not required.

Immediate responsibility for case handling, trial work, working directly with clients, court appearances, motion practice, depositions, discovery, demand letters, etc.

Job Requirements:

Prefer candidates with at least 2 years of litigation experience, post-bar exam. More experienced attorneys SHOULD also apply. We are also open to considering lateral partners. J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and in good standing with the California State Bar is required.

Location: In person/in office but hybrid considered.

Compensation will vary depending on level of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year depending on qualifications, PLUS profit sharing for cases that you originate and bring to the firm. Having a book of business is NOT a requirement for this position, but is considered.

Experience

Litigation: 2 years min. (Preferred); Senior litigators or lateral partners should also apply.

Work Location: In person preferred. Hybrid arrangements considered.
