Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and ensure accurate interpretation of laws and regulations. • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions, advocating for their best interests. • Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to build a strong case and provide effective legal representation. • Stay current on legal developments, precedents, and best practices in litigation to continuously improve legal services and outcomes. Qualifications: • Possess a valid license to practice law in California. • Show 0-5 years of litigation or other relevant experience. • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and writing skills. • Exhibit outstanding oral advocacy abilities. • Embrace a collaborative and collegial work approach. • Maintain a strong work ethic and the capability to handle multiple deadlines. • Wage and hour experience a plus. Compensation: $125,000 - $165,000 yearly
