Associate Attorney
Sklar Law, LLC has a full time opening for a well-rounded, highly motivated, Associate Attorney in its Cherry Hill, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation. Any candidates that have construction and/or bankruptcy litigation experience will be given additional consideration in the hiring process. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling trials and motions, conducting discovery, legal research, brief writing, negotiating and settling cases. The firm is looking for someone who would thrive in a fast paced working environment that provides substantial opportunities for professional development.
A successful candidate will be licensed in NJ and/or PA (preferably both) and have 3 to 8 years of experience in litigation, as well as the ability to work proactively and independently. Law clerk experience helpful.
