We cannot emphasize enough how important our intake specialist will be in helping all of us achieve this goal. …and we’re growing fast so you should be ready to hit the ground running. This is a full-time remote position and you will be working 40 hours per week. Your pay will be between $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience, and you’ll have access to health, dental, and vision insurance. Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for important work, including: • Answering all incoming calls, gathering basic caller information, and screening and triaging calls accordingly. • Promptly reviewing and responding to online leads. • Pre-qualifying potential new clients to determine if they’re A+ clients, correctly identify their most pressing concerns, gauge their urgency, and scheduling them for consultations when appropriate. • Initiates the pre-engagement glide path for all prospects scheduled for initial consultation to create/foster a sense of excitement and urgency about engaging the Firm and improving the “show up rate” for people showing up for initial consultations. • Connecting callers with members of our team, depending on availability, and taking or relaying messages when appropriate. • Keeping up-to-date records of each unique call based on our standards and procedures. • Accurately maintaining contemporaneous records callers as they progress through our sales and intake workflows. • Preparing engagement agreements and follows up to ensure prospects sign the agreement and make the agreed payment. • Staying in contact with Leads who do not schedule consultations, PNCs who do not appear for their consult, and PNCs that do not sign up after their initial consultation to keep the door open for them to come in when they are ready. • Assisting our document collection team with phone communication. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
