Responsibilities: • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
