Our law firm is looking to add a SUPERSTAR Litigation Legal Assistant to our growing team. This is a litigation-focused position at a Plaintiff personal injury law firm, where we represent victims of negligence.

Operating primarily in Central Florida, we are expanding rapidly, and we're seeking a dedicated legal assistant to be part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and conference calls for attorneys.
- Provide essential administrative support to paralegals and attorneys.
- Handle communication with clients, witnesses, and other parties.
- Request and manage medical records and bills for litigation cases.
- Assist paralegals in preparing files for mediation and trial.
- Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research to support case preparation.
- Gather and organize case-relevant information.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate contact lists and client files.
- Monitor deadlines and manage calendars for attorneys and paralegals.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
- At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law (Preferred).
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating legal proceedings.
- You are great with people—not just good—and can empathize with others while handling sensitive situations tactfully.
- You stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- You see the phone as an opportunity, not an interruption, and are always ready to answer calls.
- You're tech-savvy, comfortable using various software, and adaptable to new systems.
- You can leave personal issues at the door and maintain a professional demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $35,000 - $52,000 per year

Schedule:
- Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift)
- Work Location: In-person at our Orlando, FL office
