The successful candidate will have a strong background in family law, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to attorneys in all phases of family law cases. • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel. • Maintain client files and documents in a paperless office environment. • Utilize document management software to manage digital documents and files. • Prepare exhibits and other trial-related materials. • Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis to attorneys. • Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Experience with paperless office management and document management software. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, MyCase, and legal research databases.
