    We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with specific experience in habitability law to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and has a strong background in tenant rights, housing laws, and personal injury litigation related to uninhabitable conditions. You will work closely with our attorneys to litigate tenant habitability cases, perform legal research, prepare and file court documents, review discovery, manage case files, and interact with clients and witnesses. A proactive and organized approach, along with excellent communication skills, is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: • Draft, organize, and manage case files and legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, discovery requests, and motions • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients, witnesses, and experts • Analyze evidence, summarize findings, and prepare case materials for trial • Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and maintain strong client relations • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial binders Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification required • Minimum of 2 of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on habitability law, preferred • Strong knowledge of habitability laws, tenant rights, and landlord-tenant disputes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bilingual in Spanish • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in case management software, Microsoft Office, and other legal research tools Compensation: $28 - $35 hourly
