Responsibilities: • Prepare legal documents and correspondence for attorney review and filing with the court. • Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials by organizing and summarizing evidence. • Maintain case files and documentation in an organized manner for easy retrieval and reference. • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to ensure smooth case progress. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal in a litigation setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (will be assessed). • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (bilingual). • Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology. • Detail-oriented and highly organized. Compensation: $49,500 - $54,000 yearly
