We are seeking a proactive, driven, and personable team member to join our plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm in a full-time role. As the Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with a dedicated team consisting of an attorney, pre-litigation paralegal, and legal assistant, managing a maximum litigation caseload of 18 cases. Compensation: Base salary of $70,000 annually, plus heavy performance bonuses based on overall litigation profitability and the health of the firm. Preferred Experience : 3 years working in a similar position at a plaintiffs' personal injury firm in Colorado, experience with various software & Mac OSX, Spanish speaking. Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: • Collecting and organizing evidence for disclosures and trial exhibits • Drafting & filing disclosures & pleadings • Scheduling attorney meetings with witnesses, experts, and clients • Scheduling depositions • Calendaring & managing attorneys' deadlines • Delegating to other staff • Attending trials & hearings • Hiring expert witnesses • Investigating incidents • Redacting and summarizing medical records and trial exhibits • Researching litigation opponents • Drafting and filing motions • Assisting clients with responding to written discovery • Sending written discovery to opposing parties • Scheduling and noticing depositions Qualifications: • Experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a plaintiff's personal injury firm • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and software • Strong skills in reading, writing, and communication • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision • Empathetic toward personal injury victims, providing compassionate support • Client-focused and team-oriented, fostering collaboration and trust • Demonstrates resilience and composure in managing high-pressure, time-sensitive litigation and trial events • Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly + bonuses
