Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy development • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to court rules and deadlines • Assist with the organization and management of case files, including maintaining electronic and physical filing systems • Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings, and prepare necessary documents and materials • Communicate and correspond with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner Qualifications: Job Qualifications for a Litigation Paralegal: • US Work Authorization • Microsoft Office Skills (Determined by an Assessment) • Legal Research & Drafting Experience • Adobe Suite Experience • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compensation: $26 - $28 hourly
