In this role, you will deliver outstanding legal services to the company's attorneys on all stages and aspects of litigation and trial organization, as well as providing research, creation of legal records, and communication with customers, tribunals, opposing counsel, and more. You will also act as a key legal professional by monitoring modifications in national, state, and local rules plus court resolutions and advancements. Responsibilities: • Drafting Complaints and other pleadings • Confirming service of process • Drafting discovery responses • Preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • Minimum three years of legal experience, preferably in a personal injury law firm • Experience with legal research and drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and memos • Knowledge of civil procedure and court rules • Proficient with technology, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and e-discovery software Compensation: $45,750 yearly
