    KS Law Group, PLLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about law and have a particular interest in property insurance law, we offer the perfect platform for you to excel. You will work within a fast-paced environment alongside a talented team, handling a diverse range of cases.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Your role will involve:

    Drafting, managing correspondence, legal documents, and handling court filings.

    Coordinating and scheduling depositions, mediations, meetings, hearings, and telephone conferences.

    Handling and organizing emails, litigation files, attorneys' calendars, and clients.

    Operating a multi-line phone system, taking and leaving messages, and making telephone calls professionally.

    Managing multiple litigation cases and collaborating with attorneys on a daily basis.

    Conducting legal research, including familiarity with Florida civil procedure and knowledge of first-party property law.

    Maintaining client files with up-to-date and accurate information.

    Communicating effectively with a diverse array of people, including clients, attorneys, and vendors.

    Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.

    Taking initiative and anticipating the needs of attorneys and other staff.

    Adhering to all legal requirements and industry standards.

    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    Associate Degree or extensive law firm experience.

    Paralegal experience and/or degree.

    Previous litigation experience personally managing a litigation caseload, e-filing, familiarity with litigation procedures, and legal research.

    Familiarity with Florida civil procedure and first party property law knowledge.

    Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.

    Analytical, adaptable, the ability to prioritize, with strong attention to detail.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, typing, writing, proofreading, and grammar skills; and professional customer service skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

    U.S. Work Authorization

    Fluent in English language. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

    This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package based on your experience.
