As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys to manage litigation cases efficiently using our advanced tech tools. You’ll play a crucial role in case preparation, discovery, and trial support while ensuring seamless communication with clients and legal teams. Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury litigation • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence • Assist in case investigation, gathering medical records, and organizing evidence • Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts • Coordinate and manage discovery, including propounding and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission • Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel • Organize trial exhibits, prepare trial binders, and assist with trial preparation • Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars • Utilize case management and legal tech tools to track deadlines and case progress Qualifications: • Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience • Experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new legal technology • Proficiency in legal case management software (SmartAdvocate a plus) • Experience with e-filing systems, cloud-based legal tools, and digital document management • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask • Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
