We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to enhance our team’s capacity to serve clients effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on meticulous attention to detail and possesses a proven track record in the litigation sphere. Responsibilities: • Organize and manage electronic filings of pleadings and discovery documents. • Coordinate and manage case schedules and deadlines. • Propound and respond to discovery, handle document review and legal research. • Draft legal documents such as subpoenas, complaints, summonses, and discovery requests. • Assist in trial preparation by managing trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and trials. • Traveling with the trial team periodically preferred. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience. • Thorough knowledge of Federal and State court filing rules and procedures. • Exceptional research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to handle critical deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • A commitment to quality and a detailed understanding of case management.
