You will manage case files, conduct legal research, prepare documents, and assist with trial preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and accessible.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support attorney arguments.
- Review and analyze documents for relevance and potential evidentiary value.
- Assist with discovery processes, including preparing responses to interrogatories and document requests.
- Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and assisting with other trial-related tasks.
- Manage electronic discovery processes, including data collection, review, and production.
- Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and deadlines.
- Interact with clients and court officials in a professional and courteous manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
- Strong proficiency in legal research databases and e-discovery platforms.
