Professional and well-established Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm, in business for over 30 years, with 5 attorneys, is seeking an Experienced Plaintiff, Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Plaintiff Personal Injury • Ability to draft Litigation and Discovery documents (work with Attorney on drafting) • Working knowledge of Local Court Rules of Civil Procedures • Highly organized and the ability to multi-task • Strong writing, communication skills, and detail oriented • Experience in computer software programs for case management and calendaring • Will need to know the pre-litigation process and able to help when needed
Job Description:
• Draft litigation documents and file with the court (work with Attorney on drafting) • Aid attorney with interrogatories and other discovery requests • Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes • Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices • Gather relevant information when needed • Communicate with opposing counsel, courts, and clients.
