Responsibilities: • Review and organize legal documents for accuracy and relevance • Assist in preparing legal documents which will include commercial litigation-related documents and foreclosure documents. • Coordinate and schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings • E filing documents • Drafting correspondence • Maintain and update case files and documentation accurately and timely Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in a litigation setting • Proficiency in legal research and writing • Familiarity with court procedures and e-filing systems • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Excellent Computer skills Compensation: $50,000+ DOE
