Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain legal documents and case files for easy access and reference. • Purpose: To ensure efficient workflow and quick retrieval of necessary information for attorneys. • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, and agreements. • Purpose: To support attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services to clients. • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. • Purpose: To provide insightful and up-to-date information for successful litigation outcomes. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions for attorneys and clients. • Purpose: To ensure timely communication and organization throughout the litigation process. • Draft correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of attorneys. • Purpose: To maintain professional and effective communication with clients, courts, and other parties involved in the legal process. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in a law firm or legal setting. • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field. • Proficiency in legal research and writing. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of e-discovery processes and litigation support software. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
