    We're growing, and we’re looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who is not only legally skilled but driven by a deep sense of purpose to stand up for those who need a voice for our offices in Chelsea and Peabody, MA. Responsibilities: You’ll play a critical role on our litigation team, supporting attorneys through every phase of a personal injury case—from discovery through trial. Your responsibilities will include: • Reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills • Ensuring complete documentation through client and provider follow-up • Preparing and finalizing answers to interrogatories • Assembling and managing responses to document requests • Supporting trial prep: exhibit books, redactions, and organization • Assisting in court during trials with exhibits, technology, and logistics Qualifications: • Fluent in both English & Spanish – oral and written • 1–2 years’ experience in personal injury litigation • Strong understanding of Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure • Familiarity with insurance policies, coordination of benefits & liens • Proficient with case management software, Word, Excel, PDFs • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • A collaborative spirit and a heart for helping clients feel heard and protected • High School diploma required. A paralegal certificate or degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Compensation: $64,000 - $70,000 yearly
