    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda, and correspondence.
    • Draft and file legal documents in State and Federal courts.
    • Conduct legal research and gather information to support case preparation.
    • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, judicial staff, and legal professionals.
    • Coordinate case-related deadlines and schedule hearings, depositions, and other litigation proceedings.
    • Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses.
    • Compile and maintain trial binders, exhibits, evidence, briefs, and appendices.
    • Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
    • Manage data entry in the case management system.

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
    • 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (preferred).
    • Proficient in document management systems and electronic filing systems.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment, taking direction, and working with minimal supervision.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal documents.
    • Experience with courtMap, JAWS, and e-filing via e-portal.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Pay: $65,000 - $74,000 per year (salary + performance-based bonuses)
    • 401(k) with matching
    • Health, dental, and vision insurance
    • Paid time off

    Schedule:

    • Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift)
    • Work Location: In-person
