    HERS Advisors has partnered with a large, full-service law firm who are looking for a Litigation Support Manager to work in their West Los Angeles office (hybrid). The Litigation Support Manager will manage all facets of high-profile, complex litigation matters from inception through trial; supervise support case teams; perform cite checks and oversee court filings; coordinate and implement discovery plans and protocols; provide hands-on support managing large amounts of discovery; create and manage litigation databases; prepare chronologies and timelines; assist attorneys in preparation for depositions, pre-trial hearings, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and trials; and coordinate and provide overall trial support.

    Requirements for Litigation Support Manager:

    • 10+ years combined experience as an e-Discovery paralegal in complex business litigation and litigation support team management.
    • Advanced knowledge of technology and discovery database systems such as Court Alert, Relativity, Opus2, and Trial Director/OnCue required; Relativity Certified Administrator certification preferred but not required.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved training program preferred
