Also interested in Contract Attorney instead. The position is located in Anaheim, CA, with some work from home permitted. The Litigation Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling cases from inception to resolution, including preparing and arguing motions, attending depositions, representing clients in court hearings and trials, and managing case files. Daily tasks will include legal research, drafting legal documents, client meetings, and coordinating with legal assistants and paralegals to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Qualifications: • Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus • Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Able to work independently while handling multiple files Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 yearly
