Litigation - Trial Support (Must be CA-based) We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Support Specialist to join our dynamic trial support team in California. As a Litigation Support team member, you will provide essential litigation support to our consultants, graphic designers, attorneys, and paralegals, contributing to effective case management and ensuring the seamless handling of our cases as they are prepared for trial, during trial, and with an opportunity to assist with presenting evidence at trial. Responsibilities: • Oversee case files from inception to conclusion, ensuring legal documents and correspondence are organized, indexed, and maintained properly • Draft pre-trial documents in State and Federal matters. (witness list, jury instructions, verdict form, motions in limine, etc.) • Create and manage complex trial exhibits • Manage video deposition databases • Assist with deposition designations by creating the designations, editing and linking the exhibits as needed, and exporting the reports for review. • Assist with witness coordination during the trial • Plan, set up, and maintain courtroom and war room equipment prior to or during trial • Consult with attorneys on presentation technology and trial-data management in courtrooms and similar settings • Provide superior, industry-leading client service • Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and counsel • Directly control courtroom evidence presentation for clients using OnCue Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of legal experience with jury trials or arbitrations • Minimum 6 months of experience with Oncue • Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters • Excellence in communication and customer relations • Reliable and punctual with consistent availability • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent multitasking ability, and strong time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; maintain a professional and courteous demeanor • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional team player • Must be CA-based Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
