  • Responsibilities

    This candidate plays a vital role at Red Rocks Church's Littleton Campus by managing logistical and operational aspects of the campus. This candidate serves as the first point of contact for the campus and ensures that great customer service and pastoral care takes place for volunteers, attendees, contractors, outside vendors, etc. This candidate manages the campus' calendar of events, communicates to RRC staff and volunteers, and has a strong commitment to teamwork and a passion for serving the Church. The ideal candidate is relational, organized, passionate about ministry, and has strong communication and leadership skills. GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:

    • Contribute to Red Rocks' overall mission to make Heaven more crowded.
    • Commit to pursue full devotion to Jesus Christ.
    • Commit to adhere to Red Rocks core values to welcome home prodigals as well as striving for Authenticity, Humility, Unity, and Generosity as a staff member of RRC.
    • Commit to the Matthew 18 relational conflict resolution process in all relationships.
    • Adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the Red Rocks Church Team Handbook.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Provide pastoral care for members of the Littleton Campus alongside the campus staff
    • Strategic thinking, planning, and troubleshooting
    • Administrative strengths, attention to details, while also being people-oriented
    • Event prep, coordination, and implementation for church-wide initiatives and campus-based events
    • Self-starter with individual tasks, while also being a team player with campus staff, volunteers, and Central staffers
